The Town of Mancos has made several changes to the utility rates and usage charges. Effective with the July 1, 2018 monthly billings:
- The monthly base rates are increased 2.5%. This equals $1.90 per month for residential users.
- The base gallons is changed from 7,000 to 6,000.
- The overage rates for usage beginning at 9,000 gallons and above is increased to $4.00 per 1,000 gallons.
