The Town of Mancos is run by a Mayor and a board of six trustees. These elected officials serve a term of four years.

The Board of Trustees meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Mancos Town Hall. Board workshops are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at Mancos Town Hall.
