NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given that final payment will be made on the 11th day of September, 2017, on a contract dated the 14th day of March, 2017, between the Town of Mancos, Colorado (Owner) and Dave & Lana Waters Inc. (D&L Construction) (Contractor) for the Town of Mancos, Colorado Hwy 160/Beech Street Pedestrian Crossing. All persons, companies or corporations that have furnished labor, materials or other supplies or service used by Contractor under and in connection with the said contract and whose claim has not been paid by the Contractor shall, by the 8th day of September, 2017, file with the Owner a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. Failure on the part of the claimant to file such settlement will relieve the owner from any or all liability for such claim/s.
