The Town of Mancos would like to remind you that all dogs within the town limits are required to be licensed. Licenses can be obtained at Town Hall with proof of a current rabies vaccination.
The cost of the license is $15 if spayed or neutered or $20 if the animal is not. The license is valid for one year (Jan-Dec) and must be renewed annually.
Licensing your pet:
- Provides safety for the citizens and other animals within the town
- Tells everyone that your pet is not a stray
- Helps reunite lost pets with their owners
- Helps our officers protect your neighborhood from dangerous dogs and investigate dog bites.
