Some friendly reminders about your best friends: Mancos has a town-wide leash law, which means that except for Cottonwood Park (which is an off-leash park) and your own property, your dog must be on a leash. Voice command is not acceptable, except on your own property.
If you are a Mancos resident, your dog must have a current town dog license. These licenses are $15 per year for neutered/spayed dogs and $20 per year for unaltered dogs. Stop in to town hall today to get yours (proof of rabies vaccination required).
