On April 13, 2020, at approximately 1234 hours,  Deputy Topaha, was called about a criminal mischief report.  The incident occurred at the Mancos High School football field located in the Town of Mancos, in the County of Montezuma and State of Colorado.  The suspect, in this case, was issued a summons for the criminal mischief to the fence.

On April 17, 2020, at approximately 1859 hours, Deputy Farnsworth observed a vehicle driving west on Hwy 160 at a high rate of speed, the vehicle matched the description of a just aired REDDI that was weaving and driving excess of 100 mph, Deputy Farnsworth observed the car make an abrupt U-turn in the highway and accelerated at an excessive speed back eastbound on Hwy 160 in the Town of Mancos, County of Montezuma, State of Colorado.

The vehicle was contacted and the driver arrested for Careless Driving, Weaving, Open Container of Marijuana, DUI, and DUID.

On April 18, 2020, at approximately 2241 hours, Deputy Farnsworth observed a vehicle driving west on Hwy 160 when Deputy Farnsworth observed the vehicle fail to maintain a single lane of travel (weaving), weaving within the lane, and varying speed, County of Montezuma, State of Colorado.

While transporting a passenger arrested for a protection order violation, the passenger committed numerous other crimes including but not limited to 2 counts of second-degree assault on a peace officer.

The driver was released with a warning and was not associated with the other charges against the passenger.
