On January 25, 2020 at approximately 1427 hours, Deputy Marshal Topaha while conducting an investigation at the 200 block of 3rd Avenue in the Town of Mancos, State of Colorado, arrested a female on a Failure to Appear warrant for driving under restraint alcohol-related and booked into the Montezuma County Jail.

On January 31, 2020, at approximately 1732 hours, Sgt. Ray requested Deputy Farnsworth respond to assist on a traffic contact in the 38000 blk of CR H, County of Montezuma, State of Colorado.
The driver was arrested for DUI, driving while license revoked, and 4 counts of child abuse

On February 1, 2020, at approximately 2051 hours, Deputy Farnsworth was conducting stationary traffic enforcement on Hwy 160 when Deputy Farnsworth observed a blue Chevy truck driving westbound with a broken taillight, County of Montezuma, State of Colorado.
The passenger was arrested for multiple warrants, the driver was arrested with 5 oz of marijuana with intent to distribute, which is a Drug Felony 4.

On February 2, 2020, at approximately 1305, Deputy Marshal Topaha while investigating a family disturbance on the 42000 block of Highway 160, located east of the Town of Mancos, State of Colorado, arrested a female on a Failure to Appear warrant for Driving under restraint and booked into the Montezuma County Jail.
