On February 22, 2020, at approximately 0944 hours, Sgt. Ray conducted a traffic stop for speed in the 41000 block of Hwy 160. The male passenger stated he had a warrant out of La Plata County. The warrant was confirmed through Cortez Dispatch as a Failure to Appear on a Traffic Offense. The male passenger was arrested without incident and booked into the Montezuma County Jail.
