On December 26, 2019, at approximately 2136 hours, Deputy Farnsworth was stationary at Monte and Hwy 160, in a marked patrol vehicle, in the Town of Mancos, County of Montezuma, State of Colorado, when Deputy Farnsworth observed a vehicle traveling westbound at a speed of 77mph in a posted 45 mph zone.
The driver of the vehicle was issued a summons to court for 32 mph over the limit.
