Dear Residents,
Ramco Developments, LLC would like to inform all residents of First Street that we will starting work on Monday, November 18 for the Mancos Water Systems Upgrade project. All work will be completed in Town owned rights of way and utility easements.
This may affect homeowners in a couple of ways. First, the road will be closed to all through traffic, however residents will always be able to get to their homes during the construction period. The exception being when crossing individual driveways with the main line, but trenching and backfilling will be done as quickly as possible so the driveways are only shut down for a limited time.
Second, there will be a couple of main water line shutoffs associated with the improvements. Individual water services will be briefly shut off as we transfer your services to the new system.
