On 5/21/19, a male with a felony warrant was arrested at 415 N. Mesa in Mancos.
On May 22, 2019 at approximately 1012 hours, I was requested to serve a Mancos Marshal’s Warrant at the Montezuma County Combined Courts. I responded to the courthouse at 865 North Park and took Amanda Wright into custody for the warrant for failure to comply. She was transported to the Montezuma County Jail and left in the care and custody of staff.
On May 24-2019 I conducted a traffic contact on a vehicle for speed in the 39000 block of Hwy 160, within the Town of Mancos, State of Colorado.
The Driver had an active arrest warrant for assault from Jefferson County Colorado. He was placed in Custody and transported to the Montezuma County Jail and booked for the warrant.
On May 24-2019, I was contacted about harassment that occurred via Facebook. A copy of the post was attached to the report. No further action was taken at the request of the reporting party.
On May 24-2019 At approximately 2309 hours, I was dispatched to an agency assist in the 34000 block of Hwy 160, County of Montezuma, State of Colorado, reference a vehicle crash. The reporting party stated the driver was walking away from the crash.
Upon arrival, I located the driver. I remained on scene until State Patrol arrived on scene and took over the investigation.
On May 26 2019 at approximately 1759 hours, I was dispatched to 40892 Hwy 160 # 22, within the Town of Mancos, State of Colorado, reference a active disturbance.
Upon arrival, parties involved had separated. After speaking to both parties and a witness, no charges were filed. Parties were asked to remain separated. No Action was taken.
